Top business school offers program for gaming execs

The Wharton School of Business will be hosting the inaugural Wharton Program for Gaming Executives next winter at its main campus in Philadelphia, Pa., through the school's Executive Education branch.

The program will be open to non-Wharton students and will take place from February 18 through 23, 2007. It will include discussions on leadership as it applies to the gaming industry, as well as address strategies for finance, marketing and operations, among other things. Top faculty members are expected to lead the seminars and attendees during the five day program.

Wharton, which was established in 1881 as the world's first collegiate business school and boasts an impressive list of alumni that includes Warren Buffet and Donald Trump, has seen its MBA program consistently ranked as the top program in the United States by the Financial Times for nearly ten years.
