Full Tilt Poker signs Jeff Madsen to pro list

Jeff Madsen, the youngest World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, has signed on to become a "Friend of Full Tilt Poker."

The 21-year-old won his first two bracelets during his first WSOP appearance this year and is a candidate for the WSOP "Player of the Year."


Madsen joins 47 other professional poker players at Full Tilt Poker, and will represent the site and spend several hours each week helping players online learn the game and share his poker knowledge through real-time chats at the online poker tables.

"It is extremely rare to find someone as young and talented as Jeff Madsen," said Raymond Bitar, Tiltware, LLC CEO. "Full Tilt Poker is excited about his future prospects in the game of poker."

Though he was just barely legal to gamble in a Las Vegas casino, Madsen became the youngest WSOP bracelet winner and then the youngest two-time winner within a span of a week. He also made it to two other final tables, earning more than $1.4 million so far.

Even with his success and winnings, Madsen plans to head back to school this fall to finish out his film studies degree at UC-Santa Barbara. To ensure that he finishes school, Full Tilt Poker made it part of his contract that he stay in school and complete his undergraduate degree, and they will be paying his remaining tuition.
