Russian player wins $1,500 HORSE event
Congratulations to Moscow native Konstantin Puchkov for winning the 31st event of the 2010 WSOP, the $1,500 HORSE game in which 828 players started the game which had a prize pool of more than $1.1 Million.
The HORSE game consists of five different poker variants: No Limit Hold’em, Omaha, Razz, 7 Card Stud and Omaha 8 or better. This mix makes it hard for players who concentrate on any specific variety of poker. Obviously this wasn’t a big problem for Puchkov as he won the first WSOP game that he has cashed in. Al ‘Sugar Bear’ Barbieri missed the bracelet by one place as he finished 2nd on this 13th WSOP cash.
