Australian Tyron Krost wins 2010 Aussie Millions

Last year we saw Australian, Stewart Scott, become the first Aussie to win the Aussie Millions Main Event. This year, we have another Aussie winner. Tyron Krost, Sydney resident, bested a field of 746 players to win the $10,000AUD No Limit Hold’em Main Event and take home more than $2Million.

Krost faced tough competition at the final table, including Annete Obrestad, Peter Jetten, and the chip leader when the final table began, Sorel Mizzi. Krost survived longer than all of the professional opposition in the event and he can now lay claim to the title of Aussie Millions champion.
