Mohegan Sun added to North American Poker Tour stops
Press Release – Mohegan Sun Casino was recently added as a stop on the North American Poker Tour sponsored by PokerStars.net.
The NAPT event at Mohegan Sun Casino will be hosted by Joanna Krupa of Dancing with the Stars and will take place from March 27th through April 11th with the Main Event starting on April 7th.
Satellite tournaments to the NAPT Main Event will be held in the poker room at Mohegan Sun starting January 11th until the start of the tournament. $200 satellites will run every Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday, as well as on Monday, January 18th and Monday, February 15th. One in thirty will advance.
In addition, Mohegan Sun will also be hosting $300 satellite tournaments during that same time period. Those events will be held every Saturday and Sunday, as well as at 6pm on January 18th and February 15th. One player in twenty will be awarded a seat.
Registration for the NAPT will begin Monday, February 15th in the poker room. Registration will be available 24 hours a day until the start of the tournament series. Poker players are reminded that they can now use their Mohegan Sun Player’s Club points for buy ins to the tournaments at a value of 2 points per $1.
