InterPoker.com takes Extreme Poker Challenge to skies

On July 26, InterPoker.com will take poker players into the air for their next Extreme Poker Challenge.

Players have endured playing under water, on an ice shelf, and now they'll take to the skies where players knocked out of the game will also jump from a plane.


Kenna James, Phil Laak, Scott Fischman and Robert Varkonyi are already signed up for the "Losers Leap" event and will be joined by two more players to be named later.

The game will include one or more persons who qualify through InterPoker.com. Every player who qualifies for the World Series of Poker through InterPoker.com will be entered into a freeroll to decide who will play in the latest Extreme Poker Challenge.

The six players will load into an airplane which will take them up 10,000 feet near Las Vegas. As the poker game goes on, people bust out of the game will be forced to parachute out of the plane.

The game will last until there's one person left, besides the pilot, or until the plane runs out of fuel.

Juha Helppi won the first Extreme Poker Challenge which took players to a table sitting on the bottom of the Caribbean Sea. The second challenge was won by Varkonyi as they played on an ice shelf in Finland.
