New Online Poker room signs pros

LockPoker.com has signed nine new online poker pros. It has also hired Eric ‘Rizen’Lynch as its Vice President of Product development.

Lock Poker is a part of the Cake Poker Network. The pros that have been signed here are Jason Young, Mike ‘goleafsgoeh’ Leah, Matt ‘All In At 420’ Stout, Joseph ‘JOEYTHEB’ Brooks, Kyle ‘kwob20’ Bowker, Lee Childs, Jonathan Jaffe, David Zeitlin and Vinny Pahuja, all of which will become sponsored players.

Jason Young is the only new pro at LockPoker that has a WSOP bracelet win, his being from last years $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Shoot Out. Mike Leah is currently on CardPlayers 2009 Player of the Year standings, ranking 6th.

Stout is an avid online poker players and in December won PokerStars.com Sunday 500. Stout also has a WSOP Circuit gold ring for winning the $500 NLHE event at Caesars Atlantic City this year. Jonathan Jaffe finished 2nd at the 2008 World Poker Finals and Lee Childs finished seventh in the 2007 WSOP Main Event.

Bowker was the first online poker player to win two Poker Stars World Championship of Online Poker titles in one year. In 2006 he won both the $535 7 Card Stud Hi event and the $530 Omaha Hi/Lo event.
