Full Tilt Poker and NBC Team working together

It was announce recently that NBC and Full Tilt Poker would be working together on an upcoming television program. The show will be called ‘Face the Ace’ and promoters are billing it as a challenge to beat three pro poker players and win $1Million.
Steve Schirripa, formerly of The Sopranos, will be the host of the new show and will introduce format that will be quite different from other televised poker shows. The contestants will have the opportunity to play against three members of the FullTiltPoker.com Team to grab the million dollar prize.
An NBC spokesperson said that the contestants will choose be shown four doors, each with a Full Tilt pro waiting behind the door. Once the contestant chooses a door, that pro will play a heads up match. If the contestant wins the heads up match they will be given the chance to take the money or risk it to go up against another pro waiting behind one of the remaining three doors.
If the contestants beats three of the pros, in a row, that contestant will walk away with the million dollar prize.
This exciting new show is set to air on NBC Saturday, August 1st, and seven 1-hour episodes have already been slated to air. Entry to qualify is free. Check out Full Tilt Poker for information on how to enter.
