Chaser Plus sponsors World Tavern Poker Tour

The World Tavern Poker Tour (WTPT) announced in early June they had signed a national sponsorship deal with Chaser Plus, a hangover prevention supplement, and its parent company Living Essentials.

The WTPT is a free poker league that has tournaments all over the United States which are free to enter and participants can win prizes. As part of the deal, Chaser Plus will provide prizes for the tournaments, and their product will be made available to participants at the events.

Chaser Plus will also be part of the commemorative poker chip series which is awarded to the best players on the Tour.

Since WTPT tournaments take place in bars, taverns and clubs, the partnership seems ideal as players usually have a drink or two while they play.

"We know our partnership with the World Tavern Poker Tour will give us great exposure to a key market," stated Brandon Bohland, Chaser Plus marketing manager. "Most of the players on the World Tavern Poker Tour will be playing on weekday nights, which is a perfect time for Chaser Plus to prevent their hangover for work the next day."
