SA Poker King's Alleged Gambling List Released

San Antonio, Texas -- The names of those who according to Bexar County District Attorney allegedly gambled with local poker champion Richard Lee were released to the public shortly before noon Tuesday.

The attorney general ruled the district attorney must release the names they collected in their investigation into Lee's illegal gambling operation.

Lee pleaded no contest in 2007 to a charge of illegally promoting gambling in San Antonio. A

s part of the deal he made with prosecutors, he gave up $2.2 million.
When police raided Lee's home, they froze his bank accounts and seized his cars.

There has been rampant speculation as to who is on the list, although the district attorney said those who gambled with Lee committed no crime and will not be charged with anything.

County Judge Nelson Wolff is already a well-known poker buddy of Lee's but is not expected to be on the list because it consists of names of those who are believed to have placed online bets through Lee's website.
