Kathy Liebert taking underling in to fold

It's called The Poker Mentor. And the newest reality show from All In Productions will ultimately find a female poker player to become the underling of the top female tournament player in the world - Kathy Liebert.

And the first crack to get in on AIP's newest reality show is coming up quickly - it's at the Crystal Casino in Los Angeles, Calif., on Saturday, April 28.

The pilot show on Saturday will film the first of six preliminary final tables held across the country, ultimately culminating in a Poker Mentor final table in December 2007.

First place winner from each of the six - along with three "Wild Card Players" selected along the way - will then be invited to play for the ultimate goal: to be mentored by Liebert.

The final prize: learn the ins and outs of poker strategy from a certified poker expert, which the winner can then put into practice with a free seat in the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event.

The pilot show tournament starts at noon (PDT) Saturday at the Crystal Casino, with a $125+$25 buy-in. Final table films the next day.
