Norwegian software added to Titan Poker offerings

Norway is the most recent country to hear Titan Poker speaking its language, after the poker room launched its latest software this week.

The addition is part of ongoing expansions and upgrades to the its technology and is the ninth language in Titan Poker's arsenal. The site also offers services in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish and Swedish.

After Norwegian players started swamping its poker rooms to compete in tournaments and ring games alongside other international customers, Titan decided to expand its language offerings, the company said in a release.

Players can choose the language they want when downloading the software program, allowing Titan's customers to view menus and other gaming information in their native tongue.

The site also provides correspondence, including email responses and online chat support, in its nine official languages.

Norwegians can now compete at the poker room's regular tournaments, which amount to more than $2 million in prizes monthly. The language addition also allows poker enthusiasts from Norway to comfortably compete in the upcoming Tournament Titan, a $1 million guaranteed event with just 20 online players.
