The 47th Event of the 2010 World Series of Poker has been dubbed the ‘Stimulus Special’ game because of its low $1,000 buyin. This year’s event had more than 3,100 players in the field and a total prize pool of more than $2.8 Million. Full Tilt Poker Pro Gavin Smith has earned his first World Series of Poker bracelet in the $2,500 Mixed Hold’em event. Smith bested a field of 507 players to win more than a quarter million in first place prize money. In this event the type of Hold’em would switch between Limit and No Limit during every round of blinds; thirty minutes each. (Jul 05, 2010)
